Transparency in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

The key to setting and meeting goals with any CSR initiative is transparency. The goal of getting stakeholders, employees, vendors, and other stakeholders on board with CSR efforts is to make them aware of those efforts – and often to help them carry them out as well.
